How To Stay On Top Of Your Quality Control For Your Business Today!
In today’s home-based business blog post, we will be focusing on one area of business which should be very important when you are selling your business products or service to which is quality control and processes in 2018. The main point of checking your quality control is to make sure that your business products or service are free from any know errors as this say a lot about you and your business if you launch a product or service and after the launch date you realize you have some issue with your quality control.
I personally check all my publishing products either business manuals, home study courses or even website which have been developed by myself for my business as I want to make sure all the quality control issues if any are addressed in the first instance. This is for a number of reasons one which I have mentioned above if you don’t like the quality control you can hire a quality control professional who can do the quality control for you and send you a report either daily or weekly.
This will depend on a number of factors like time, money and project deadlines but the main purpose of any good quality control is to make sure you do not launch product or service for your business when it is not 100% to up quality control standards in 2018! I know some of my direct competitors have done this where they have rushed their business products or service only for me to buy their product or service and notice that they have some quality control issues with their work. This has allowed me to have the higher level skill-set to know what I am looking for in my business products or service and to keep my competition in the dark.
If you doubt this and how important quality control is for you and your business plus not forgetting your customer base then answer this quality truthfully, How many times have you purchased a service or goods only to arrive home and find after a few days, weeks or months that the quality of the service or product was not up to standard? you will find that in our buy now and throw away 24/7 society customer very rarely have any time to go into a store, business or even send an email to complain about the quality of your business service or product in 2018!
However, you should be concerned if you noticed a higher than average rate of customers leaving you and your business with no immediate reason to do so? Do you ask for customer feedback? maybe you should? you may be surprised at the answer you may receive but like I said all feedback is good feedback as it allows you to address your quality control issue is any?
I will give you a real-life example and why I went into publishing in the first place, many years ago I was searching for a particular publishing product online and with a few clicks of a mouse, I found a great author and a title which was a great product. The product was delivered to my home within a few days and the content was fantastic and the author too. A few months later I would say three months later the product which was a book fell apart as the glue used for the spine to bind the pages together was not strong enough and I lost a few pages out of this book?
To say I was frustrated was an understatement as now I had no choice but to throw the product in the bin after I had learned how the content. I didn’t go back to the author or his company as to ask for a refund as it had been three months and I certainly did not tell the author their product had fallen apart in my hands. I believed I could make better, higher quality ad supreme publishing products and then I went into the publishing industry as a self-made publisher based in London, U.K.
My competition often wonder why I seem to do well and they don’t maybe the quality control is something they need to look at more in future you see if you don’t do your basic homework like control you customer can leave you and go to your competition front door trust me on this one they will in the end and you will be the last one to know if you don’t have your quality control in order in 2018!
