Learn How To Carry Out A Killer Christmass Promotions Offer In 2018

In today’s home-based business blog post we will be looking at how you can maximise on your business Christmas promotional offer for 2018 before the clock strikes midnight on new years day, 2019.

It is no secret that there are some shopping periods which bring bumper profits and Christmas is no exception to this rule for 2018! If you are running a business you can not afford to ignore this massive shopping opportunity. During this Christmas period, this can bring your business profits higher and can even save your neck when looking at your sale figure overall over the year.

I will get straight to the point on how you can start your killer Christmas promotional campaign today Jan  2018. The first thing you must do is make sure you have a plan of what you going to do and to stick to the deadline. Most businesses start to roll out their Christmas promotional offers around six weeks before Christmass day.

Now, this will largely depend on your business type and what products or services you sell. For example, if you sell DVD box-set, home study courses and other niche publishing product you can sell all year round as these are not seasonal goods or services. However, if you sell jumpers best to start selling them in September, October, November and December plus January which are normally the cold months in the U.K. If you are selling shorts then you will do the opposite which is to sell your goods in the hot season.

The key here is forward planning and never missing a trick when it comes to what your customers want in their Christmas stockings for 2018. Always remember the Christmas season is quickly followed by Boxing day, Bank Holiday and New Year’s Eve plus New Years Day and not forgetting the January sales season too. So if you do not plan well for this Christmas period let say it is your first Christmas Promotional campaign and just learn the ropes then you can offset any loses in the other following sale periods.

Try to offer some discount 7% to 10% is reasonable, again this will largely depend on your business type and the products or services which you are selling to your customers or the public.  Try not to give a large big discount at the beginning of your Christmass promotional campaign as you can work the discount percentage as the holiday season progresses. So if 7% is not pulling in the customer enough you can try 8% and so on.

Finally, don’t forget the use of social media, like Facebook, Instagram and your Youtube account, update them daily or regularly with new offers, discounts and of course your business products and services.

Never lose faith in your ability, energy and never lose focus!
