At Mybusinesstrainingschool.com we provide an on line E-learning portal and E-training centre for our learners to access our courses online where you can view videos on the chosen areas or topics of interest. Now we know how important it can be to have access to your E-learning portal and E-training centre so we can provide you with your own unique learner ID and password once you register for this service today in 2023.
We offer a variety of courses online, which you can find on our home page when you find something or you’re interested in, click on “Learn more today 2023”. This will take you to a new page which will explain more in detail what the course is about. When you’re ready to buy click the “Buy now” button at the bottom of the page.
If you are new and haven’t purchased before today, then fill out your details carefully and complete the purchase and registration details in full. You will then automatically receive an email from us with a temporary password to your new E-portal and E-course centre account. If you can’t find the email then please do check your spam folder as a precaution in 2023.
QA. Would I need special software tools to access the E-training portal ?
Not at all, all you need for the online E-training is a computer with an Internet connection and a Web browser, it is also strongly advised to have the latest anti virus software installed on your PC.
QA. How do students log in the E-training portal ?
Go to our home page and click on the top right “My Courses” link on the navigation menu which will take you to a page to fill in your login details. Your username is your registered email address for 2023.

We accept all major debit, credit cards and Bank Transfer, plus Paypal.
QA. Can I make a payment with PayPal?
Yes, we do accept PayPal as a payment method through our website. Alternatively we can accept Bank transfer payment and Cheques in the post, Please contact the office directly for further assistance.

QA. In what languages are the E-training available in ?
The business E-Training courses is currently only available in English.
QA. Can I download the videos?
No, our online E-training courses are streamed over the internet and you can come back and watch the videos how many times you like but you can not download them, as explained earlier you as a member will be only paying £7.00 + Vat which is at a low reduced price for the VIP business courses as you can understand you are getting access to a £197.00 + Vat courses at less than 90% RRP value.
QA. Can I watch the videos on my phone or tablet?
Yes you can on you way to work, on the Tube and the gym plus even some late bed time E-learning as we are open online 24/7 for your E-training all year round.
QA. I have a product or service with a monthly Subscription with you. How do I cancel this?
Please email MyBusinessTrainingSchool@yahoo.com confirming your wish to cancel the subscription and the team will take care of that for you. You will receive email confirmation when it has been completed. If you are charged a monthly subscription payment inadvertently after sending your request, we will of course refund that to you. Once you have cancelled your subscription we will revoke your access to the product in your Member’s Area login for the my E-courses portal.

How do I change my password?
Go to your profile settings by clicking on the top far right on the navigator bar. Click on settings on the drop-down menu and if you scroll down you’ll get an option to change your password alongside your profile details.
If you have Forgotten your Password, then please visit the course login page, then click on the ‘Forgot my Password’ link. You will receive an email back with a link to click on to update your password with a new password details.
The videos will not play. How do I get them to play?
The most common issues are solved by clearing your web browser’s cache memory and website cookies or logging out and logging back in. It may be easiest to switch to an alternate player if possible or a different browser all together like Firefox to Google.
I have video but no audio when viewing the videos.
The most common issue you may need to adjust your computer volume settings or verify the speakers are plugged in. You can also try rebooting the computer, as it may be driver or plugin related issue. Try changing your player preference if possible.
Why does the video keep pausing?
again the most common issue you may be experiencing slow data transfer via your internet service provider. If you pause the movie and wait for more (or all) of it to download before you resume playing, it will play without stopping. You can tell how much of the movie has downloaded by looking at the controller bar at the bottom of the player window.
