There are many loyalty services you can offer to your business customer. This could range from the big discount off bulk purchases, 10% off single purchases and so on.

Customer love freebies or items were thrown in for free, now this is a bad business idea but what you can do is add bundle item or products together. Let say you offer cleaning products you can add cleaning clothes and sponges as part of a bundle package. Now, it gives the impression that the clothes and sponges are free when they are not.
Price
The price of the bundle package is factored in so your business can still make a profit at the end of the day.
