When we talk about risk what we are referring to is your willingness to take on a chance of some sort which can result in you becoming incredibly rich and successful or losing your initial investment.
Now they don’t teach you this in school or in any high school or University for that matter. In fact you learn all about risk and about the game of chance in the grown up world of reality.
You have no where to hide and humiliation if you get it wrong is just around the corner for you and your business reputation which can be torn in to tatters in less than 30 seconds.
It is true what the old guard say and their words of warning go something like this, “Be warned as the game of risk is a game of pure chance there is no winner or loser unless you take the risk and chose to be”.

Enough said, lets get down to the nuts and bolts when it comes to the subject matter or topic concerning risk and all its concerns.
There was a true story, i heard back in the summer of 1999 when I was just 16 years of age. The story was about a brash yet very successful telecoms tycoon who made a killing in the dot.com boom and bust of the 90s.
While this successful telecoms tycoon was looking for new staff at his new business branch of offices in Birmingham. He offered a new recruit an telephone interview. This was of course all based off the back of how charming this potential employee came across over the telephone call as they had not meet in person just yet.
The recruit spoke very well with words and had a flare and great enthusiasm. The Telecom’s tycoon offered the telephone interviewee the role at a drop of a hat. All the interviewee had to do was turn up for a face to face meeting and bring along his passport for employment purposes.
However for one reason or another this person did not turn up and this is where the story ends for this particular person.
You see the reason why I know this story is true is in fact I was the interviewee and due to the lack of experience, nativity or even anxiety at the age of sixteen. I was offered such a big opportunity cause me to have second thoughts which I have never had before and since.
The point I am making here is that as human being it is fine and alright to be scared and have anxiety. Most importantly you must learn from this in order to make you a even better human being and businessman or women.
The mistake I made back in the summer of 1999 never really changed my course in my life. In fact it may have saved me from other risk down the road. But the point is all the same I didn’t take the risk and therefore I denied myself the opportunity to work with this Telecoms mogul. I still believe I could have made a real success if I had taken the risk by turning up and facing my demons.
I hope by reading this small tail of risk you may understand that opportunity like this do not come once every week or month or even year. In fact it arrives in the most strange and unexpected plus abrupt manner which requires you to make a life or death snap on the spot decision.
It is a Yes or a No? I have no time I literally have 5 seconds, well what is it going to be? are you in or not?
Only you can decide for yourself if the land of wealth, success and riches beyond your dreams is for you and the soul searching that goes along with this.
