So I would offer my offer at 100% then if the customer does not buy a last chance offer at 80% and a final offer at 70%. You can find this to be a very appealing system to scale up your offers in no time at all.
The second aspect I would look at is social media and place your offer via this route. Why I say this is because your next customer can be found on social media platform sites like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter plus Youtube if you know how to target them.
The offer must be at the right price, appealing and it should capture their attention.
