It is true not every single human being born or raise on planet earth will be blessed with rich parents, will have great health or even opportunities to shine in their environment but one thing all people have is ambition to strive to better themselves.

I found the attached motivational video by Dwayne Johnson very inspiring to the point I have implemented some of the steps, techniques and tips in this video to my personal and business life. Now I wanted for you to benefit too. In life you will have times where you will come around situations where you think to yourself you can not do this? But as Dwayne Johnson mentioned in one of his famous examples in this video you can either go home and lose or stay and win, the choice is yours. It is also very true that in order to be successful you can never go home or lose but stay and fight every single day until you achieve your goal and use the bad things that may have happened to you in your life as a force for good to push closer to your goals, dreams and success today for you, your family and business in 2018.

If you business is not growing year on year then you do have a big problem in your profit margins. The biggest question most business owner forget to ask themselves is, what they can do to find out what factors are causing the low growth within their business?

Could it be the market is changing, the customer base are moving on and i need to get a new customer base or something else more closer to home? These are very valid questions you must ask yourself the reason why some business owner don’t ask these hard hitting question is that they wont like the answer as it may show some level of weakness within their business under their control. This is an ego thing and should be addressed asap, for example I know of a few well know business example where the owners was at the top level of their business and all decision in regards to the human resources, marketing and operations was managed by managements. When the company folds into administration the owner is often left thinking, where did it go wrong?

You see the wiser and more clever business owner will always keep their eye on the ball and never over look the tiny detail hence why these type of owner live, breath and eat business 24/7 and in most cases they are very successful. Let say you have the latest product to be launched in the next 2-3 weeks time and suddenly your management team are not ready for the launch now this will cost time and money because the owner kept his or her eye off the ball.

If you are wiser you would monitor every stage of the product launch and not leave it solely in someone else hands. This also goes for HR and marketing let say you company is hiring and a employee who is in charge of this department has chosen to ditch a load of applications form either to meet a deadline, favouritism or worse sabotage.how would you know this is happening if you keep you eye off the ball? It is not good enough to say, well I am the boss and I have employee to look after my various departments because this excuse will not save your neck or your shirt if you business folds into administration and the wolves come to your front door.

What some business or people for that matter do not know or are not aware of is that if you hit that send button on a social media post either in a text, images or video or others and it goes against the rules of the social media platform or even maybe seen as offensive in any way then to have this post removed can be very hard indeed and not forgetting the damage to your personal or business reputation in the long term future.

The danger to your online business credibility or reputation can be very real in 2018 and I personally know of a few very good examples in the mass media where businesses or employees for the businesses in question have posted a post on social media without even thinking about what they are writing or checking with the company if this post is suitable to post or in good taste. The danger here is let say you post an article with a strap-line which maybe seen to possibly offend a certain group of people, groups or organisation in 2018. You have to be very careful what you write on social media and never to get in to an argument with anyone online at all, which is a big no, no for obvious reason.

There is another point to all this and this is very simple if you post something it can be traced back to you in 99.999% of all cases and if it is not in good taste then people may want to try to sue you personally or your business or claim back damages if you have posted a post which maybe seen to damage the online reputation or credibility of a person, business or organisation.

Now you see even when Facebook and Instagram can send targeted customers to your business product or service website, they will only send so much targeted traffic to your website ranging from a few hundred per day depending on your budget of course. But your missing the biggest trick in the book. You are paying Facebook and Instagram to send you their collected user behaviour buying data, now the internet which by the way NO ONE OWNS! is bigger than Facebook and Instagram combined! So the logical question here is why are you not targeting the internet as a whole via Web-traffic companies which collect customer usage buying data normally from the major web browser and then the web-traffic companies for a fee direct that traffic to your website!

Now Facebook and Instagram are only allowed to charge a fee for their own user buying data NOT THE INTERNET! always remember this and you will not go far wrong! Also in a second example I talked about some business user sticking to radio and newspaper and leaving out social media, again another major mistake. The reason for this is how many 18 to 35 year old do you see on the reading a newspaper either a tabloid or broadsheet in 2018? or how many 18 to 35 years do you see glued to the national radio in 2018? I would say do to the great decline in the printed press and radio listen numbers not many in 2018.
